Speed networking and
opening cocktail
During the speed networking session and opening cocktail, you have the chance to network with all our award sponsors. We will give priority to nominees and we will invite additional profiles for the remaining slots.​ The speed networking session will last 2h00, which should give you enough time to network with all of the attending partners.

During the award show we offer our partners and nominees a seated dinner. We will create tables per category so that sponsoring partners and nominees are gathered at the same table - as much as possible. The final table setting will depend on the attending nominees and the current measures for events and restaurants. ​

Closing cocktail & after party
After the award show, we like to offer partners and nominees to opportunity to network/hang out in a more casual setting. That's why our host region offers you a closing cocktail and our resident DJ provides the tunes. The perfect way to wrap up a successful day of networking and to enjoy the weekend!

Overnight stay &

Our host region offers all nominees an overnight stay in Knokke-Heist the night of the event and a personal program to discover the region on Saturday 18 October, before the event takes place.
